About your coach
My name is Mandy and I am a certified Breathwork guide. My passion for breathwork started about 3 years ago when I experienced my own breathwork session. It left me in awe and instantly wanting more. In February of 2023 I was fortunate enough to attend and participate in a week- long spiritual retreat in Costa Rica. During the retreat, breathwork was something we experienced and participated in daily. I was memorized with not only my own experience but also those around me. The visions, the tingling sensations and the expressed emotions that were released left us with a feeling of peace. It was during this time I realized that breathwork is part of my soul and I need to share this amazing technique with the world. It still amazes me what our own breath can do to help us work through and release traumas from our past and help us lead a more joyful, positive and fulfilling life.
